The design for the company’s new headquarters takes up roughly 9,000 of the 12,000 available square feet, with the rest potentially available for rent. The building also houses a training facility on the second floor that serves as a co-work facility and six to eight office rental units.
Plans and design scope for the building includes designing large picture windows to break up the blank existing brick façade; a new aluminum clad exterior façade to modernize the frontage along 3rd Street, the enlargement of existing windows, new storefront, sidewalk repair; as well as new signage highlighting All World's new presence.  Additionally, color changing lighting was added to wash the exterior at night.
