The City of Memphis and Shelby County were looking to provide an overhaul to the outdated Office of Code Enforcement as well as provide additional spatial efficiencies for additional divisions occupying the space.  The permit tech customer service bay will serve as the highlight of the new modernized space featuring an open hub concept that allows for multiple customers be assisted simultaneously.   The design utilizes an array of materials, colors, and textures to give the space a more appropriate modernized appearance. With the addition of wayfinding and signage, the customer experience will be streamlined and allow for a more efficient operation.
